Uko bawutegura :
1. Kuwunywa nk’ikinyobwa wasekuye amababi ugashiramwo amazi makeya.
Dose : Unywa itasi 3 ku munsi : mu gitondo, saa sita na nimugoroba umaze kurya.
2. Kwinika amababi amasaha 3-4 hanyuma ukayateka ugakora n’isosi.
3. Guteka ibishishwa by’imizi y’umubirizi, ukajya ubinywa nk’icyayi.
